Well, since we’re talking about Graft Wine Shop on Upper King Street in Charleston, SC, they double down and buy more wine, locking the doors for sip-in service for now and unlocking the potential of their business with an extensive online wine shop. Owners Femi Oyediran and Miles White are young, smart, and passionate about service and wine, but no one would call them stuffy.
