The Southern Fork

Jun 9, 2016

Anyone that knows me knows I can make a mean biscuit. I have been making biscuits for my family since middle school, and I was once a production biscuit baker as well. That being said, I am not tied to eating one biscuit style: from angel to buttermilk, flaky to fast food, I never turn down a biscuit. So for me, Biscuit Love in Nashville, Tenn. is worth getting on a plane for. And apparently for a lot of other people too as evidenced by the line out the door every day. Karl and Sarah Worley started their booming biscuit biz out of a food truck, and they love how they’ve been able to spread the love while working together to build a family business. Being invited to their table is more than just about biscuits, it’s about community, sharing, and connection. Oh, and some damn good sausage gravy too.
